I'M AIMEE / LYN, AKA

Welcome to AdrenaLyn Skating! I'm Lyn, your coach and guide through the exhilarating world of roller derby. Little did I know that when I laced up my first pair of rental quad skates in 2014 with zero skating experience, I would soon discover my truest self - on skates, playing roller derby. My 7-year journey of marching drums on the football field took a delightful turn to becoming a jammer & skating coach on the track - I am fueled and sustained by being a part of unique & creatively-active communities. For me, roller derby is the ultimate “chaos training” - we learn to navigating the game (and life) with resilience and grace, while getting slammed into the floor over and over again. My personal skate mantra is, “If I can do it at derby, then I can do it anywhere!”
